The design firm on this renovation project came to Novo Arts needing twenty-seven original oil paintings, all in the style of Manet. The paintings were not as much a problem as the delivery date, which was within five weeks. We doubt Manet ever painted 27 pieces in five weeks! Our consulting team provided image selections based on scenes of New York in its Golden Age. The paintings were executed with the skill and level of detail characteristic of our studio artists, in a post-impressionistic style. The Palace has plans for more paintings as phased renovations continue.
